Returns

Every personalized item is made specifically for you, so please review your details carefully at checkout and again during any approval step we send you.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

If we made a mistake — your item doesn't match what you approved, or it arrives damaged or defective — we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund, and we'll cover return shipping.

If the personalization details you submitted contained an error — a misspelled name, the wrong text or image, and so on — and we made the item exactly as approved, we're happy to offer a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee to cover materials and production. In this case, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping a Return

Email support@otzzy.com and we'll send you the return address.

When return shipping is the customer's responsibility (see above), note that shipping costs are non-refundable — if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
