When Will My Item Ship?
Our products are custom-made-to-order, so production begins once you've submitted your personalization — or, for items that include a proof step, once you've approved it — not from your purchase date. Since we want you to take your time getting this right, there's no rush.
Once production begins, it typically takes 2–5 business days, and domestic shipping typically takes another 1–3 business days.
International shipments will take longer.
Depending on current order volume, production and shipping times may vary.
