What devices are compatible with Otzzy interactive trading cards?
Most modern smartphones, smartwatches, and higher-end tablets with NFC capabilities are compatible with our interactive trading cards. This includes many models from Apple and Android.
Compatibility Limitations: The following devices are not compatible:
- OnePlus 2
- Motorola G
- Apple iPad
- Apple iPhone 5c, 5s, and 6
- Osaifu Keitai
- Felicia
- ZTE N880E
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- BlackBerry 9220
- Kyocera Echo
- Samsung Galaxy S II and Android 2.3
- Apple iPhone 7, 8, or X with iOS 13 or earlier (requires NFC reader app)
My phone isn’t detecting the card. What should I do?
Ensure NFC is enabled on your device and that it is positioned correctly near the card’s NFC reader area. If issues persist, check if your phone’s software needs an update or if your device is listed in our compatibility limitations.
How do I enable NFC on my device?
Instructions for enabling NFC are provided on our How-to page. If your device is not listed or if you need additional help, please contact our support team.
Can I use Otzzy interactive trading cards with an iPad or tablet?
Currently, our trading cards are designed to work with smartphones that have NFC capabilities. Higher-end Android tablets, come with NFC capabilities and are compatible. iPads do not support NFC or and are not compatible with our cards.
What should I do if my card is not working?
Ensure your device’s NFC feature is enabled and that it meets our compatibility requirements. If the card still doesn’t work, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Can I customize the video content on my trading card?
Yes! You can personalize your trading card with your own video content. Follow the customization instructions provided when placing your order to upload and integrate your video.
How do I update the video on my card if I need to?
Currently, video content cannot be updated once the card is created. Please ensure your video content is final before placing your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2 to 5 business days to allow production to take place. Our design team will fabricate your ordered item(s) as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our order status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
How long does shipping take?
Our products are custom made-to-order. Please allow up to maximum 5 business days. Production takes between 2 to 5 business days and domestic shipping can be from 3 to 5 business days.
Does OTZZY provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! We provide 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Yes: We do offer 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and stand behind the quality of our products. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. However, please note, some of our products our made-to-order and maybe personalized and may not be refunded. In the rare situation where the order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we maybe able to refund only if the item(s) are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear and does not have personalization added to the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ.
