Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2 to 5 business days to allow production to take place. Our design team will fabricate your ordered item(s) as soon as possible. On most orders, once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our order status page after 10 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. 

Q: How long does shipping takes?

Our products are custom made-to-order. Please allow up to maximum 15 business days. Production takes between 2 to 5 business days and domestic shipping can be from 3 to 10 business days.

International shipments may be longer.

Please note if ordering multiple items you may receive separate packages with different scheduled delivery dates on your order. Depending on our workload, orders maybe fabricated and shipped out from both our parent and sister facilities.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does OTZZY provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! We provide 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Yes: We do offer 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and stand behind the quality of our products. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. However, please note, some of our products our made-to-order and maybe personalized and may not be refunded. In the rare situation where the order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we maybe able to refund only if the item(s) are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear and does not have personalization added to the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
