How To Use Your Otzzy Products

Thank you for choosing Otzzy to capture and relive your special memories! Our innovative products are designed to bring your moments to life with just a tap of your device.

Step 1: Get the Otzzy App

  • Go to the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android).
  • Search “Otzzy” and download the app.
  • Open it and make your profile with your name and email.

Step 2: Add Your Video

  • Click on the Upload Icon.
  • Choose your video from your phone gallery or use a link from TikTok, Facebook, or another link.
DO NOT use videos from your Albums.
👉 Make sure your video is saved to your camera drive, not in albums.

Step 3: Tap, Hold, and Watch!

  • Hold your phone near your Otzzy Product.
  • Make sure Contactless Payments or Tap to Pay is turned ON.

Android:

  • Open Settings
  • Click the search bar 🔍
  • Type “Tap to Pay” or “Contactless Payments”
  • Turn it ON if it’s off

iPhone: Contactless payment is already ON if you have an iPhone XS or newer.

Link your product and watch your memory come to life!

Reader Location Areas

  • iPhone: Located on the back near the top of the device.
  • Android: Typically centered on the back of the device.

Tap and Hold the Product for 3 Seconds

  • Hold the product near the reader area on your device.
  • Ensure the product is close to the reader but not touching.

Play the Video

  • Once the product is detected, your device will prompt you to play the video.
  • Enjoy reliving your memories!
