Refund Policy


We want you to love every purchase and we strive to provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! We offer a 30-day return policy from the arrival date. Item(s) need to be in original condition. The customer will be responsible to pay for shipping. When selecting products, we look at both quality and value for the money, so that our customers feel content with their purchase. Please note, some of our products are personalized and therefore can't be returned. In the rare situation where the order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund only item(s) if they are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes or buyers remorse, etc. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
