In the rare situation where the order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we maybe able to refund only if the item(s) are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear and does not have personalization added to the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
